Donch’e King is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in criminal investigation and public service. Currently serving as a Supervising Criminal Investigator for the State of Nevada’s Office of the Attorney General, Donch’e has dedicated his career to protecting communities and ensuring justice.
With a strong educational foundation, Donch’e earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix, followed by a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis on Government & Policy from Grand Canyon University. His expertise spans various roles, including Special Agent for Clark County Government and Narcotics Detective (Lieutenant) at the Baker Police Department. He began his career at the Southern University Police Department as a Campus Police Officer, where he honed his investigative skills and commitment to youth safety.
Throughout his career, Donch’e has received numerous accolades, including being named “Narcotics Detective of the Year” by the Louisiana Narcotics Officers Association in 2013 and “Police Officer of the Year” in 2009. A graduate of Basic Police Academy #48, he has demonstrated a consistent dedication to law enforcement excellence.
Donch’e’s deep understanding of the justice system and his passion for rehabilitation align with JJI’s mission to prevent youth involvement in the justice system. His expertise strengthens JJI’s development of effective interventions and prevention programs, contributing to positive outcomes for at-risk youth.
