Dr. Susan Feneck began her scholastic journey at Auburn Community College, earning an A.A.S. degree in Business Administration. She continued her education at Canisius College, Buffalo, NY, where she earned a B.A. in Communication Studies and a M.S. in Counseling and Human Services. Dr. Feneck earned her Doctorate Degree in Counseling Psychology at Argosy University, completing her dissertation on at-risk youth.   

Upon graduation, Dr. Feneck was selected as the Child Psychologist at the Erie County Department of Forensic Mental Health, where she served for seven years. She worked closely with detained youth in secure facilities, non-secure/group homes, and Foster Care homes. While on the Task Force, she mainly wrote court-ordered mental health evaluations and program development in all related departments. During this time, she also served as an Adjunct Professor at Canisius College in the Department of Counseling and Human Services. Concurrently, Dr. Feneck founded an internship program at the college through which students from the same department could work alongside her and thus gain real-world experience as a Child Psychologist at the secure youth detention facility.

In 2019 Dr. Feneck launched J.J.I. in Las Vegas, and since then, she has executed a series of workshops and fundraising events for its prevention programs. She also has a J.J.I. podcast aimed at mental health awareness, education, and several other youth-related topics. Her goal is to help, educate, heal, bring awareness, and let the guests know they are not alone. The podcast also has an international component reaching other countries such as Columbia, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. As a note, Dr. Feneck has been nominated by her community several times as one of the Top 100 Doctors and Woman of Influence; in June 2022, she was nominated Woman of The Year by My Vegas Magazine. 

Li is a 3x entrepreneur, 20-year sales and marketing executive, fashion/event producer, speaker, co-host, published national magazine contributing writer, mentor, and sustainability advocate. Her specialties are in consumer products, tech, and construction. She began working for two Fortune 500 companies early, which led to a successful career in the experiential events and exhibits industry. She then launched a women's specialty boutique in Nashville, TN. 

Li launched Lotus Energy Drink, carried in Eldorado Resorts & Casino and distributed by companies like Anheuser-Busch, Kentucky, and Lipman Brothers, Tennessee, throughout the Southeast. Since moving to Las Vegas in 2015, she has launched a hosiery brand, JakkiLi, and Rethink Worldwide. Rethink Worldwide is a company focused on creating "a massive sustainable national platform that is inclusive and safe for youths of all ethnicities and backgrounds, where they can showcase their talents, learn environmentally friendly solutions that will improve lives, and gain lifelong skills that are legacy worthy."
