KIMBERLY MILES

Kimberly Miles is the president of TPC The Payroll Company HR Consultants, founder of B.E. A S.H.E.R.O. Foundation, and a recognized leader in the Las Vegas community committed to empowering others. In 2000, Miles founded TPC Payroll/HR Consultants and has grown it from zero to a sustainable culture and work environment supporting other local businesses, her community, and beyond.

Miles brings more than 30 years of experience providing human resources, taxation, and business management solutions to nationwide businesses. Leading by example, she encourages and elevates others through mentoring, resources, "enterTrainment," and lots of sMiles. She finds fun in everything she does and sees good in all things; her effervescence is contagious and leaves you wanting more!

A results-driven businesswoman with numerous accolades, Miles is living her purpose and moves "beyond the license." Through her own experience and personal growth, she confidently speaks her truth to inspire others.

Miles is a survivor. In 2015, she founded B.E. A S.H.E.R.O. Foundation, dedicated to providing resources needed to support, sustain, and empower young girls and women under the age of 25 who have been abused, abandoned, and exploited. She often says, "You cannot spell SHERO without HR"!
